PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa Successfully Completes Renovation Project at Pondok Indah Mall 1

PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa (BMP) has successfully completed the renovation works for the Ex-Metro at Pondok Indah Mall 1, commissioned by PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk. The project involved the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of various building systems across the 1st and 2nd floors.

On the 1st Floor, BMP carried out the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electronics systems. Meanwhile, the 2nd Floor scope covered the Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics systems for the Corridor XXI area.
