Job Description:
- Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned projects
- Prepare and review complete documentations for projects
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status
- Direct communication with principals and customers for managing project process
- Responsible to the customer by monitoring the project process from beginning to end
- Manage project issues, risks and actions
- Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities and operations to ensure timely completion of the project
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum 5 years experience in same as position at MEP Contractor or 10 years experience as Project Manager
- Has great communication and teamwork skills.

Drafter MEP
DRAFTER (Structure / MEP)
Requirements:
– At least SMK/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
– Have experience min. 1 year as a Structural or MEP Drafter in CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
– Has Autocad drawing capabilities
– Willing to be placed in all Berca Projects
Job Summary:
1. Create working drawings according to the established schedule.
2. Check the consistency of the drawings from the consultant/owner with respect to other work fields to be applied in the preparation of shop drawings.
3. Verify the completeness and system of the drawings according to the established standards.
4. Adjust the designer’s drawings with the actual conditions in the field.
5. Be responsible for the preparation and documentation of As Built Drawings.
6. Document all drawings to be archived by the Engineering Department.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or management.
Procurement Engineer
Procurement Engineer
Job Description:
- Review requests for goods/materials & help prepare PO for suppliers & vendors.
- Identify and qualify suppliers based on technical capability, quality, and cost.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure that purchased goods/materials arrive on time and in appropriate condition.
- Maintain and develop an inventory recording & vendor list administration system.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- Good understanding of procurement processes, price negotiation, and vendor management
- At least 3 years of working experience in MEP Contractor as Procurement Engineer
- Proficient in SAP or similar ERP system (preferred)
- Willing to be placed at all Project Berca
QC Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)
Job Description:
- Prepare the Project Quality Plan (PQP) for MEP
- Prepare & maintain inspection/test records, NCRs, and corrective actions
- Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Checklists, and Method Statements.
- Maintain daily QC reports & updates in ACC platform
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, BOQ & approved makes
- Coordinate with consultants, and site teams for quality delivery
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in MEP Contractor as QC Engineer MEP
- Proficient in technical standards: ASME, ASTM, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, SNI, ISO 9001.
- Skilled in QC documentation: PQP, ITP, WMS, Checklist, RFI, NCR.
- Additional certifications ( Welding Inspector, NDT, K3 Listrik, etc.) are preferred.
- Strong communication & coordination skills with multi-discipline teams.

Commercial Coordinator (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)
Job Description:
- Lead all commercial activities at all projects in company
- Oversee tendering, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiation.
- Manage cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow for MEP packages.
- Handle claims, variations, and change management in line with contract requirements.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to the project and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in same as position at MEP Project
- Strong MEP background with proven experience on data centre or mission – critical project
- Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skill
- Ability to manage large project values and multiple project portfolios

Estimator HVAC
Estimator HVAC
Job Description:
- Responsible for HVAC system construction coordination and site management.
- Calculate work volumes based on construction drawings
- Prepare the budget Plan (RAB) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Design HVAC system based on Basic Engineering Design Data from Client
- Design layout for indoor & outdoor AC unit placement, ducting placement, pipeline, electrical line, etc
- Coordinate with Estimator Engineer regarding unit price and installation cost
Requirement:
- Having min. 3 years of experiences as a Estimator HVAC in HVAC Contractors or MEP Contractors
- Bachelor degree in Technic (Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering)
- Understand the HVAC System (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning).
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication & coordination skills with multi-discipline teams.
- Willing to be placed at all Project Berca
