PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa Strengthens HSE Competency Through Scaffolding Supervisor Training

As part of its commitment to fostering a strong safety culture, PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa enrolled its Project Supervisors and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) personnel in the Scaffolding Supervisor Training. This competency development program aims to ensure that the company’s HSE Management System is effectively implemented and continuously monitored by qualified and competent personnel.

The training was conducted at LPK and K3 Certification Center Midiatama (Midiatama Academy), located on Jl. Gempol Raya, Kunciran, Pinang, Tangerang City. As an official occupational safety training provider recognized by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker RI) and BNSP, Midiatama Academy offers comprehensive training supported by dedicated safety practice facilities.

Through this program, participants enhanced their knowledge and practical skills in scaffolding planning, inspection, supervision, and safe work practices in accordance with applicable occupational safety standards. The training equips Supervisors and HSE personnel with the competency to identify potential hazards, control risks, and ensure that scaffolding activities are carried out safely and in compliance with HSE requirements.
