As part of its ongoing commitment to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa conducted a Safety Culture and Safety Leadership Training on February 5–6, 2026. Attended by Top Management, Managerial-level leaders, and Safety Officers from various BMP projects.

Through this training, participants gained deeper insights into the role of leadership in driving safety excellence, risk-based decision-making, and fostering a consistent safety mindset in daily operations.
