Job description:

Ensure the quality of work, safety and security at work are planned and implemented well in the field, so that quality products are created by prioritizing safety for workers and the environment.

 

Requirements:

– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Master in Civil Engineering
– At least 5 years working experience as Deputy / Assistant QHSE Manager in the Construction Company
– Have knowledge related to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
– Have knowledge related to Quality Management System
– Have knowledge related to Quality, Health, Safety & Environment System
– Have good communication and problem solving
– Willing to be placed at all Berca Project

 

DRAFTER (Structure / MEP)

Requirements:
– At least SMK/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
– Have experience min. 1 year as a Structural or MEP Drafter in CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
– Has Autocad drawing capabilities
– Willing to be placed in all Berca Projects

Job Summary:
1. Create working drawings according to the established schedule.  
2. Check the consistency of the drawings from the consultant/owner with respect to other work fields to be applied in the preparation of shop drawings.  
3. Verify the completeness and system of the drawings according to the established standards.  
4. Adjust the designer’s drawings with the actual conditions in the field.  
5. Be responsible for the preparation and documentation of As Built Drawings.  
6. Document all drawings to be archived by the Engineering Department.  
7. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or management.

Quantity Surveyor Engineer (MEP)

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– At least 1-3 years of working experience in CONSTRUCTION COMPANY as Quantity Surveyor MEP
– Willing to be placed at all Project Berca

QA & QC Coordinator (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)

Requirements:
– At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– At least 5-10 years of working experience in Construction Company especially for MEP works as QA & QC Coordinator
– Familiar with all international standard eg.: ACI, JIS, SNI, etc
– Willing be placed at Head Office (Bintaro, South Jakarta)

Business Development MEP

 Job Description: 

– Looking for opportunities to get new projects, both from old and new clients 

– Carrying out market research, analysis and forecasting 

– Prepare complete documents for submitting prequalification proposals 

– Submitting prequalification and tender applications 

– Negotiating with clients 

– Maintain relationships and communication with clients to optimize tender opportunities with management support      

Requirement: 

– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering  

– At least 5 years working experience in Construction Company (Main Construction/Owner/Mgmnt Construction) 

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

– Ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new market as needed.
